Updated at 541 PM CDT Sun Sep 28 2025 - Dry with warm temperatures through much of the upcoming week. - Increase in moisture and low chances(20-30%) for rain in the late week, especially along the coast. && .DISCUSSION... Issued at 1227 PM CDT Sun Sep 28 2025 Benign forecast continues with no real impactful conditions to talk about. Low temperatures this morning out-performed the expectations a bit, especially near the coast, so did go just a bit below guidance there. Otherwise, no real changes from previous forecast. Dry air in place will keep us dry through much of the upcoming week despite a shortwave impacting the area. Onshore flow will not have a chance to solidly set up until late in the week to bring moisture back. Friday into the weekend will start to see low end rain chances mainly in the Coastal Bend with the increasing moisture and another shortwave in the vicinity. && .AVIATION...
