Patchy fog is possible overnight, mainly in western Pennsylvania. Low temperatures will range from the mid 20s in the north and west to the mid 30s in the south and east. Highs on Monday will be in the 40s and 50s. Periods of rain are expected Tuesday and Wednesday. Temperatures will trend milder into midweek and peak 10 to 15 degrees above the historical average on Wednesday with highs in the low 50s to low 60s. Conditions will turn decidedly colder and windy from Thanksgiving Day into the holiday weekend. Brisk and blustery winds will add an additional chill to below average temperatures. The arrival of much colder air crossing the Great Lakes will ramp up the potential for lake effect snow accumulation along the Lake Erie shoreline into the snowbelts of northwestern Pennsylvania. Several inches of lake effect snow and snow showers penetrating farther inland could impact holiday travel across central and western portions of the Commonwealth Thursday into Saturday. $$
