After a mainly clear start to the morning, clouds will increase,
but they will not bear rain.

Warm air flows in tonight and Saturday, with some drizzle possible
in the higher elevations of the Laurels by morning. Rain showers
move in from the north and west late Saturday, and spread to most
of the rest of the state overnight. Some thunderstorms with gusty
winds are possible Saturday evening.

The passage of a cold front Saturday night will usher in another
stretch of cooler and windy weather with renewed lake effect
showers Sunday into early next week.

Highs today will range from the mid to upper 40s to the north of
Interstate 80, to the lower and mid 50s to the south. Lows tonight
will be in the mid 40s in the southwest, but mid 20s in the
northeastern mountains. Temperatures will be about 10 degrees
higher on Saturday than Friday.
