portions of north central Kansas.

Wind chills will be near and slightly below zero degrees this
morning.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday.

Wind chills will be near and slightly below zero degrees Thursday
morning. In addition, lows could drop below zero degrees for
areas mainly east of Highway 281 in Nebraska.
