.SYNOPSIS...Strong high pressure will remain just N of the waters
tonight into Mon night before shifting NE of the area Tue into
Wed. A low pressure trough along the SE coast will persist
through Tue, then weaken Tue night into Wed. A cold front will
approach from the N and NW Wed night and reach the N portion
late Wed night or early Thu morning. The front will then stall
along the SE coast and extend NE of the area Thu and Thu night.
