New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A weakening cold front will
briefly stall over the northern Gulf of Maine late tonight, then
lift back NE as a warm front on Sun while dissipating. Otherwise,
strong high pressure will persist just to the S of the waters
tonight into Mon before shifting off to the E and SE of the area
Mon night into Tue. A strong cold front will approach the area
from the W and NW late Tue night, then move quickly SE across the
area on Wed. The front will clear S and E of the waters Wed
night as strong high pressure builds E and SE toward the area
from the Great Lakes. High pressure will move SE across the
waters late Thu into Thu night.
