New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...Strong low pressure centered
just E of Cape Cod early this morning will move NE over the Gulf
of Maine today before gradually weakening and drifting E over New
Brunswick tonight into Sat night. The low will then move slowly E
over Nova Scotia Sun before moving over the N Atlantic Sun night
into Mon. A series of low pressure troughs will move E and SE
across the waters tonight through Sun night. High pressure will
build E across the area Mon and Mon night, and then persist Tue
into Tue night.
