.SYNOPSIS...
Weak weather system lifting north into the park Monday. The front
will move east of the park Tuesday morning. Warm front moving in
from the south Tuesday night with the trailing cold front stalling
over the park Wednesday. Strongest system in this series moving
inland Thursday into Friday morning. Possible break Saturday
before another front arrives at the end of the weekend.

.IMPACTS...Strong winds near the summit will make it difficult to
move safely and could produce local whiteout conditions MOnday and
Monday night. A high level of skill and experience in alpine
terrain, including use of GPS, is recommended for navigation and
camping in these conditions.

Stormy weather will create difficult backcountry skiing and
mountaineering conditions across much of the alpine terrain of Mt.
Rainier, including the Muir snowfield Tuesday night and Wednesday.
Blizzard-like conditions with strong winds and near zero
visibility are likely. A high level of skill and experience in
alpine terrain, including use of GPS, is recommended for
navigation and camping in these conditions.
