This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for the Texas and Oklahoma

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.

No hazardous weather is expected at this time.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday.

Elevated to critical fire weather conditions are likely to
develop Sunday afternoon across much of the Texas and Oklahoma
Panhandles due to breezy southwest winds and low relative
humidity values.

Thunderstorms will be possible across mainly eastern sections of
the Panhandles Wednesday night through Thursday night. Severe
thunderstorms are not expected at this time.

Elevated to critical fire weather concerns are possible across
mainly western parts of the Panhandles on Thursday and Friday
afternoon due to breezy winds and low relative humidity values.


Spotter activation is not anticipated at this time.

Area fire managers and emergency officials should be alert for
elevated to critical fire weather conditions on Sunday, and
elevated fire weather conditions on both Thursday and Friday.
