This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for the Texas and Oklahoma

.DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight.

A Heat Advisory for high temperatures at or above 105 degrees
remains in effect until this evening for the southwest Texas

Isolated thunderstorms may develop this evening across the far
eastern sections of the Panhandles. Any storms that develop will
have the potential to become strong to marginally severe, with
hail near one inch in diameter and gusts to around 60 MPH.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday.

High temperatures on Saturday are expected to exceed 105 degrees
across most areas on the Caprock, generally the western two-thirds
of the Texas and Oklahoma Panhandles. A Heat Advisory has been
issued for Saturday.

Thunderstorms will be possible Saturday night, Sunday night,
Tuesday, and Wednesday night across portions of the Oklahoma and
Texas Panhandles. The threat for organized severe weather during
these times will be low.


Spotter activation is not anticipated at this time.
