...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 2 PM CDT THIS AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive
  rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Portions of southeast Minnesota, including the following
  county, Houston and west central Wisconsin, including the
  following county, La Crosse.

* WHEN...Until 200 PM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1207 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. This will
    cause urban and small stream flooding.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    La Crosse, La Crescent, Onalaska, Hokah, French Island, Mound
    Prairie, South Side Of La Crosse, Highway 33 And Losey
    Boulevard, Goose Island, North Side Of La Crosse and Highway
    44 And Sanden Road.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
