...PATCHY DENSE FOG AFFECTING THE MIDLANDS AND CENTRAL SAVANNAH
RIVER AREA...

Fog was observed across the area this morning with visibilities
one quarter mile or less in a few locations. The fog should
dissipate by 10 am.

Motorists should exercise caution and use low beam headlamps this
morning.
