It was mostly clear across central and eastern Kansas overnight
with southwest winds at 5 to 15 mph. Predawn temperatures were
in the 30s or lower 40s.

Stronger north to northwest winds will develop across much of
mid-America today as a cold front drops south from Nebraska and
Iowa across Kansas and Missouri. Except for a few sprinkles or
flurries across northeast Nebraska and northern Iowa this morning,
dry weather is expected across the heartland through tonight.

High temperatures today will range from the 30s and 40s across
Iowa and Nebraska to the 50s and 60s across the rest of the
region. Lows tonight will fall into the 20s and lower 30s.
