PATCHY DENSE FOG WILL PERSIST THROUGH LATE EVENING...ALONG AND
WEST OF A LINE FROM CEDAR RAPIDS...TO WAPELLO AND CARTHAGE. A
SOUTHEAST BREEZE SHOULD KEEP WIDESPREAD DENSE FOG FROM DEVELOPING.
HOWEVER...MOTORISTS CAN EXPECT VISIBILITIES BELOW A QUARTER MILE
AT TIMES.

MOTORISTS SHOULD DRIVE WITH EXTRA CAUTION AND ALLOW ADDITIONAL
TRAVEL TIME. USE LOW BEAMS...REDUCE SPEED...AND ALLOW FOR PLENTY
OF ROOM BETWEEN YOU AND OTHER VEHICLES.
