PERIODS OF MODERATE TO BRIEFLY HEAVY RAIN AND ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS
WILL CONTINUE INTO THE OVERNIGHT HOURS. HEAVIEST RAINFALL AMOUNTS
THROUGH MIDNIGHT WILL BE LOCATED ALONG AND NORTHWEST OF A LINE
FROM SIGOURNEY AND TIPTON...TO FREEPORT. ADDITIONAL 0.5 TO 1 INCH
RAINFALL AMOUNTS WILL BE COMMON THROUGH MIDNIGHT. EXPECT SOME
PONDING WATER ON STREETS AND HIGHWAYS...AND MINOR FLOODING FROM
RAIN FILLED DITCHES. THE THREAT FOR MORE SERIOUS FLASH FLOODING IS
LOW.

DO NOT ATTEMPT TO DRIVE THROUGH FLOODED ROADWAYS IF YOU ENCOUNTER
THEM AND SLOW DOWN IN AREAS OF HEAVY RAIN.
