FORECAST TO REMAIN NEARLY STATIONARY ACROSS THE REGION TODAY. THIS
WILL MAKE PICKING A WIND DIRECTION CHALLENGING. WEST TO SOUTHWEST
WINDS EARLY IN THE DAY ARE FORECAST TO BECOME EAST AROUND NOON.
WINDSPEEDS WILL BE 5 TO 10 MPH.

FROM THIS MORNINGS BISMARCK SOUNDING THE LOW LEVEL INVERSION EXTENDED
TO 2000 FEET AND WILL BREAK WHEN THE TEMPERATURE REACHES 46 DEGREES.
THE AFTERNOON MIXING HEIGHT WILL REACH 5300 FEET WITH FAIR SMOKE
