WILL RANGE FROM THE UPPER 20S IN SOUTHEASTERN MANITOBA TO THE
LOWER 40S IN SOUTHWESTERN SOUTH DAKOTA...30S ACROSS NORTH DAKOTA.

A STORM SYSTEM WILL IMPACT THE NORTHERN PLAINS BEGINNING TUESDAY
NIGHT AND PERSISTING THROUGH THURSDAY NIGHT. SOME AREAS...ESPECIALLY
NORTH AND EAST...COULD SEE WIDESPREAD HEAVY RAIN AMOUNTS. ALONG AND
EAST OF THE JAMES RIVER VALLEY...ONE HALF INCH TO ONE INCH OF RAIN
MAY FALL BY THE END OF THE WEEK.
