Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A ridge over the NW
portion will gradually weaken today and tonight. A weak low
center will form over the Oregon waters tonight into Sat. A cold
front will approach the region from the W Sat, then weaken as it
moves into the area Sat night into Sun. High pressure will build
E into the waters behind the dissipating front Sun and Sun night.
The area of high pressure will slowly retreat W of the area Mon
and Mon night as a trough persists along the Washington and
Oregon coasts. The trough will weaken Tue, while another trough
strengthens along the coast of Vancouver island Tue and Tue
night.
