WIDESPREAD FOG PERSISTS OVER MUCH OF CENTRAL MINNESOTA EARLY THIS
MORNING...REDUCING VISIBILITY TO ONE MILE OR LESS IN MANY
LOCATIONS. IN ADDITION...SOME LOCATIONS MAY EXPERIENCE DENSE
FOG...REDUCING VISIBILITY TO ONE QUARTER MILE OR LESS. THE FOG IS
EXPECTED TO LAST THROUGH LATE MORNING. AREAS MOST SUSCEPTIBLE TO DENSE
FOG INCLUDES WRIGHT COUNTY...NORTHERN AND WESTERN HENNEPIN COUNTY...WESTERN
CARVER COUNTY...AND MCLEOD COUNTY.

MOTORISTS ARE URGED TO USE EXTRA CAUTION BY REDUCING SPEED...
USING LOW BEAM HEADLIGHTS...AND ALLOWING EXTRA SPACE BETWEEN
VEHICLES. IN ADDITION...BE AWARE OF SCHOOL BUSES AND CHILDREN
AWAITING FOR BUSES.
