FREEZING FOG IS POSSIBLE AROUND SUNRISE THIS MORNING IN FAR
WESTERN KANSAS. PATCHY FOG MAY DEVELOP IN CENTRAL KANSAS TONIGHT.

NORTH WINDS OF 25 TO 35 MPH WITH RELATIVE HUMIDITIES FALLING TO NEAR
