THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF CENTRAL...SOUTH
CENTRAL...SOUTHWEST AND WEST CENTRAL KANSAS.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

THERE IS A HEAT ADVISORY IN EFFECT THIS AFTERNOON AND EARLY EVENING,
EAST OF A HAYS TO LARNED TO MEDICINE LODGE LINE. SEE THE TEXT
PRODUCT FOR DETAILS.

ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS ARE POSSIBLE LATE THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING.
LOCALLY HEAVY RAIN AND LIGHTNING ARE THE MAIN THREATS, WITH A SMALL
CHANCE OF SEVERE WIND GUSTS.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SATURDAY THROUGH THURSDAY

ADDITIONAL LIGHTING, HAIL AND AND GUSTY WINDS ARE POSSIBLE FROM
STORMS ACROSS FAR WESTERN KANSAS EACH EVENING SATURDAY THROUGH
MONDAY.

THUNDERSTORMS ARE POSSIBLE TUESDAY AND WEDNESDAY, DURING THE LATE
AFTERNOON AND EARLY EVENING HOURS. HOWEVER, WIDESPREAD, ORGANIZED
THUNDERSTORM ACTIVITY IS NOT EXPECTED. THE BEST CHANCE FOR
NUMEROUS STRONG TO SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS WILL COME TUESDAY AND
TUESDAY NIGHT AS A LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM AND WARM FRONT DEVELOPS
ACROSS WESTERN KANSAS.  ANY STORMS THAT DO DEVELOP COULD BRING
HEAVY RAIN AND A MARGINAL SEVERE WEATHER THREAT.
