This hazardous weather outlook is for portions of central...south
central...southwest and west central Kansas.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

Day 1 Discussion

Thunderstorms are possible along and east of Highway 283 early
Saturday morning. These storms are not expected to be severe.

* Lightning: Limited risk

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday.

Days 2-7 Discussion
-------------------

Another round of thunderstorms are possible generally along and
east of Highway 183 late Saturday evening. A few microbursts of 50
mph and small hail could be possible with this activity.

Elevated fire weather conditions are possible (mainly due to
strong northerly winds) on Saturday along and west of Highway 283.
Relative humidities will only fall to moderate levels, however.

Patchy frost could be possible across far western Kansas Sunday
and Monday.
