Tomorrow will see gradually increasing clouds as the chance for precipitation slowly increases. Best chance of rain arrives later in the day after 4pm, but there could be a scattered sprinkle possible before that. With rain not arriving until later in the day, relative humidity will still be able to drop out into the low 30s. Additionally, good mixing is expected ahead of any rain, allowing for fair to good smoke dispersal in the late morning and afternoon. Strongest winds out of the southeast possibly up to 10-15mph, but otherwise just a light breeze 5-10mph expected. Light rain then moves in through the late afternoon and early evening, continuing through Thursday with around a quarter inch of precipitation expected by Thursday afternoon. .WEDNESDAY...
