AT 101 PM CST...MARINE WEATHER OBSERVATIONS INDICATED STRONG
NORTHWEST WINDS UP TO 50 KNOTS ALONG THE NORTH SHORE FROM SILVER BAY
TO GRAND PORTAGE. WEATHER OBSERVING SITE IN GRAND MARAIS HAS BEEN
REPORTING GUSTS OF 40 TO 50 KNOTS BETWEEN NOON AND 1 PM THIS
AFTERNOON. THE STRONG WINDS ARE EXPECTED TO CONTINUE INTO THE
