  EXPECTED TO BLOW TODAY AND THIS EVENING...BEFORE DIMINISHING TO
  10 TO 15 KTS LATE TONIGHT.

* WAVES/SEAS...WAVES WILL BUILD TO 3 TO 5 FEET TODAY BEFORE
  SUBSIDING LATE TONIGHT.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 21 TO 33 KNOTS
ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE HAZARDOUS WAVE CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT.
