LOW TO DRIFT SLOWLY AROUND QUEBEC THROUGH SUNDAY WHILE WEAKENING TO
29.3 INCHES. IN ITS WAKE...A 30.4 INCH HIGH PRESSURE OVER CENTRAL
CANADA TODAY WILL DRIFT SOUTHEAST INTO THE UPPER GREAT LAKES ON
SATURDAY AND THEN INTO THE OHIO RIVER VALLEY ON SUNDAY. A 29.7 INCH
LOW PRESSURE NEAR LAKE WINNIPEG ON SUNDAY WILL THEN SLIDE SOUTHEAST
THROUGH THE GREAT LAKES ON MONDAY AND INTO THE MID ATLANTIC STATES ON
TUESDAY. A 30.1 INCH HIGH PRESSURE OVER CENTRAL CANADA WILL FOLLOW
