...DENSE FOG WILL LIFT RAPIDLY THIS MORNING...

DENSE FOG PERSISTS OVER PARTS OF SOUTHEAST IOWA WITH VISIBILITY
REDUCED TO ONE QUARTER OF A MILE OR LESS..ESPECIALLY FROM
OSKALOOSA...THROUGH OTTUMWA...TO CENTERVILLE. CONDITIONS WILL
IMPROVE RAPIDLY BY 1000 AM.

PERSONS TRAVELING EARLY THIS MORNING SHOULD REMAIN CAUTIOUS AND
VIGILANT TO RAPIDLY CHANGING VISIBILITY AND DENSE FOG. IF YOU
ENCOUNTER AREAS OF FOG...SLOW DOWN...USE LOW BEAM HEADLIGHTS...
ALLOW EXTRA DISTANCE BETWEEN YOU AND ANY VEHICLES...AND BE MINDFUL
OF INTERSECTIONS AND RAILROAD CROSSINGS AS VEHICLES AND TRAINS MAY
BE HIDDEN FROM VIEW BECAUSE OF THE LOW VISIBILITY DUE TO THE FOG.
