NORTHEAST AT 55 MPH. AT 628 PM CDT...EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT REPORTED
VERY HEAVY RAIN IN SHEFFIELD WITH MINOR STREET FLOODING. ADDITIONAL
HEAVY RAIN WILL CONTINUE AND MAY EXACERBATE THE STREET FLOODING.

WINDS IN EXCESS OF 40 MPH WILL BE POSSIBLE WITH THIS STORM.
