400 AM CST TUE DEC 6 2016

THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR NORTH-CENTRAL AND NORTHEAST
WISCONSIN.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

SCATTERED SNOW SHOWERS COULD LEAD TO MINOR SNOW ACCUMULATIONS AND
RESULT IN SLIPPERY ROADS AND SIDEWALKS TODAY...MAINLY IN CENTRAL
AND NORTH-CENTRAL WISCONSIN. PATCHY FREEZING DRIZZLE IS ALSO
POSSIBLE AT A FEW LOCATIONS IN CENTRAL AND NORTH-CENTRAL WISCONSIN
THIS MORNING.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY

THE ARRIVAL OF COLDER AIR ON NORTHWEST WINDS WILL RESULT IN
SEVERAL INCHES OF LAKE EFFECT SNOW SHOWERS OVER VILAS COUNTY FROM
WEDNESDAY NIGHT THROUGH FRIDAY. THE PEAK PERIOD OF SNOW APPEARS TO
BE FROM THURSDAY AFTERNOON THROUGH THURSDAY NIGHT WHEN AN ADVISORY
MAY BECOME NECESSARY.

IT IS ALSO LOOKING MORE LIKELY THAT AN ACCUMULATING SNOW WILL
AFFECT THE REGION DURING THE LATTER HALF OF THE UPCOMING WEEKEND.
THERE IS STILL UNCERTAINTY AS TO THE EVENTUAL TRACK OF THIS
SYSTEM, THUS IT IS TOO EARLY TO DETERMINE SNOW AMOUNTS.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

SPOTTERS ARE REQUESTED TO FORWARD SNOWFALL MEASUREMENTS TO THE
NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN GREEN BAY.
