This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for north-central and northeast

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Hazardous travel conditions are likely over portions of north-
central Wisconsin this morning due to mixed wintry precipitation.

A widespread soaking rain is expected across the remainder of the
area. Although rainfall is not expected to be sufficient to
generate significant flooding, it could result in standing water
in low spots on roads and parking lots. Area streams and rivers
will also be on the rise.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday

Some streams and rivers could reach flood stage as the water from
todays rainfall works its way through the river systems.

Another system is forecast to impact the region Saturday night
through Monday night. Heavy rains is possible. This could raise
river and stream levels once again to near or above flood stage.
Light snow or a mix of rain and snow will be possible across
north-central Wisconsin late Saturday night into Sunday morning,
and then again Sunday night into Monday morning. While a light
snow accumulation cannot be ruled out Sunday night, it now appears
that temperatures may be too warm and would keep any
accumulations to a minimum.

Spotters are requested to report snowfall totals from north-
central Wisconsin to the National Weather Service. Any reports of
street flooding due to heavy rain would also be appreciated.

The Bay of Green Bay south of a line from Cedar River MI to Rock

Michigan and the waters of Green Bay.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Gusty west winds will pose a hazard to small craft on the bay and
lake this afternoon and this evening.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday

A strong storm system is forecast to affect the Great Lakes
Saturday night into Monday night. Gale force winds are possible
from Sunday afternoon into Sunday night.
