Areas of heavy rainfall were reported across parts of eastern
Colorado, western Nebraska, and western Kansas during the
previous 24 hours ending at 7AM CDT Monday.

During the next 24 hours ending at 7AM CDT Tuesday, areas of heavy
rainfall, generally from 1 to 2 inches, are forecast across northern
Montana, and northwest North Dakota.  Areas of rainfall, generally
from .25 to .75 of an inch, are expected across much of the rest of
Montana and North Dakota, northern and eastern South Dakota, and
parts of northwest Iowa and eastern Nebraska.

Minor to moderate flooding is occurring along the Grand River at
Chillicothe and Sumner, MO.  No other river flooding is forecast
at any forecast point in the Missouri River Basin for the
next 24 hours.
