This hazardous weather outlook is for portions of eastern North
Dakota, west central and northwest Minnesota.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

A winter weather advisory blowing snow and reduced visibilities
is in effect until noon for West Polk, west Marshall, and Kittson
counties. Expect near zero visibilities at times from blowing and
drifting snow. Winds will settle down by late afternoon.


.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday

The next chance for snow will be on Sunday. There is much
uncertainity on the track and strength of this system as it moves
eastward thru the northern Plains.  But parts of the area could see
travel impacts with the risk of significant snowfall.
