THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF CENTRAL
MINNESOTA...EAST CENTRAL MINNESOTA...SOUTH CENTRAL MINNESOTA...
SOUTHEAST MINNESOTA...SOUTHWEST MINNESOTA...WEST CENTRAL
MINNESOTA...NORTHWEST WISCONSIN AND WEST CENTRAL WISCONSIN.

.DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT

ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS ARE POSSIBLE ACROSS SOUTHERN MINNESOTA AND
WEST CENTRAL WISCONSIN THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING. ALTHOUGH
WIDESPREAD SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS ARE NOT EXPECTED...A FEW ISOLATED
STORMS COULD PRODUCE LARGE HAIL AND DAMAGING WINDS. THE BEST
CHANCES OF SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE ALONG AND SOUTH OF A
REDWOOD FALLS TO TWIN CITIES...AND LADYSMITH WISCONSIN LINE.

HEAT INDEX VALUES WILL BE VERY HIGH THIS AFTERNOON WITH READINGS
AVERAGING BETWEEN 100 TO 110 DEGREES. THE RISK FOR HEAT ILLNESS
WILL INCREASE FOR THOSE OUTDOORS FOR PROLONGED PERIODS OF TIME.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...FRIDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY

DANGEROUS HEAT WILL PERSIST ON FRIDAY ACROSS SOUTHERN MINNESOTA
WITH AFTERNOON HEAT INDICES FROM 100 TO 105 DEGREES.

THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE POSSIBLE SATURDAY AND SUNDAY. A FEW OF THE
STORMS COULD BE SEVERE. THERE IS ALSO A THREAT FOR HEAVY RAINFALL.

MORE THUNDERSTORMS ARE POSSIBLE TUESDAY AND WEDNESDAY. THE THREAT
FOR SEVERE WEATHER WITH THESE STORMS IS LOW AT THIS TIME.

DUE TO THE ISOLATED NATURE OF THE STORMS THIS AFTERNOON AND
EVENING...SKYWARN SPOTTER ACTIVATION WILL NOT BE NEEDED.
