WASHINGTON...ESSEX AND CALEDONIA COUNTIES THROUGH 115 AM...

AT 1229 AM EDT...RADAR INDICATED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WITH
TORRENTIAL RAINS WERE LOCATED ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM 8 MILES
SOUTH OF AVERILL TO NEAR PEACHAM. MOVEMENT WAS NORTHEAST AT 40 MPH.

RAINFALL OF 1 TO 2 INCHES PER HOUR AND WINDS IN EXCESS OF 30 MPH ARE
POSSIBLE WITH THESE STORMS.
