THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR NORTH CENTRAL AND NORTHEAST
WISCONSIN.

.DAY ONE...TONIGHT

A MAJOR LATE WINTER STORM WILL IMPACT NORTHERN WISCONSIN TONIGHT
THROUGH THURSDAY MORNING. THE SNOW WILL BE HEAVY AT TIMES OVER
THE FAR NORTH WITH SNOWFALL RATES OF 1 TO 2 INCHES PER HOUR
POSSIBLE. TOTAL SNOW ACCUMULATIONS OF 8 TO 16 INCHES ARE EXPECTED
IN THE FAR NORTH...3 TO 6 INCHES OVER NORTH-CENTRAL AND FAR
NORTHEAST WISCONSIN. A MIX OF RAIN AND SNOW OVER CENTRAL WISCONSIN
THIS EVENING WILL LIKELY CHANGE BACK TO ALL SNOW AFTER MIDNIGHT...
WHICH WILL LEAD TO LIGHT ACCUMULATIONS. REGARDLESS...TRAVEL IS
EXPECTED TO BE DIFFICULT ACROSS MUCH OF THE AREA NORTH AND WEST
OF THE FOX VALLEY. BE SURE TO MONITOR LATER FORECASTS IF YOU WILL
BE TRAVELING ACROSS NORTHERN WISCONSIN TONIGHT THROUGH THURSDAY
MORNING.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...THURSDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY

THE SNOW WILL TAPER OFF BY THURSDAY AFTERNOON OVER NORTH CENTRAL
AND FAR NORTHEAST WISCONSIN...BUT ROADWAYS WILL CONTINUE TO BE
SLICK IN SOME PLACES THROUGH EVENING.

MELTING SNOW MAY RESULT IN RISING RIVERS AND STREAMS FRIDAY
THROUGH NEXT WEEK. ADDITIONAL RAINS ARE ALSO POSSIBLE SATURDAY
NIGHT AND SUNDAY. ANYONE LIVING NEAR A RIVER OR STREAM SHOULD
CONTINUE TO CLOSELY MONITOR WATER LEVELS.
