AN AREA OF LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM IS MOVING NORTHEAST THROUGH
WISCONSIN TODAY. LIGHT TO MODERATE PRECIPITATION WILL TAPER OFF
FROM WEST TO EAST THIS AFTERNOON. SNOW ACCUMULATIONS 2 TO 4 INCHES
ARE POSSIBLE.

AS THE AREA OF LOW PRESSURE LIFTS INTO SOUTHEAST CANADA TONIGHT...
INCREASING NORTHWEST WINDS WILL PULL THE NEXT ARCTIC SURGE INTO
WISCONSIN. WIND CHILLS BY DAYBREAK COULD RANGE FROM 10 BELOW TO 25
BELOW ZERO.

ARCTIC AIR WILL SETTLE OVER THE GREAT LAKES REGION ON WEDNESDAY
WITH TEMPERATURES 20 TO 25 DEGREES BELOW NORMAL. WIND CHILLS WILL
STAY BELOW ZERO FOR MOST PORTIONS OF THE REGION THROUGH THE DAY.
