...A FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 530 AM EDT FOR ISABELLA...
MECOSTA AND NORTHERN MONTCALM COUNTIES...

At 221 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported flooding across the
warned area. As much as five and half inches of rain have fallen
tonight. Flooded intersections with car stalled out have been
report. Some roadways have been closed due to high water.

Some locations that will continue to experience flooding include...
Mount Pleasant, Big Rapids, Howard City, Shepherd, Edmore, Lakeview,
Morley, Mecosta, Rosebush, Barryton, Canadian Lakes, Lake Isabella,
Stanwood, Sylvester, Amble, Wyman, Delwin, Winn, Rodney and Six
Lakes.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
