...The Flood Warning has been cancelled and downgraded to a Flood
Advisory for the following river in Southwest Lower Michigan...

Grand River At Portland affecting Ionia County

.Water levels along the Grand River continue to slowly fall following
heavy rainfall early last week. Rainfall overnight amounted to less
than a tenth of an inch over the headwaters of the Grand River, and is
not expected to cause a rise in river levels today. Additional
precipitation in the form of rain and snow is expected to spread into
Michigan on Thursday. Rain amounts and location are still too uncertain
at this time to predict the impact it will have on rivers. The forecast
should be monitored closely.

The following forecast is based on observed and forecast 48 hour
precipitation. This forecast does not take into account precipitation
on Thursday.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Safety message...Motorists should not attempt to drive around
barricades or drive cars through flooded areas.
