CLOUDS WERE ON THE DECREASE THROUGHOUT THE DAY OVER THE EASTERN HALF
OF THE STATE.  THIS ALLOWED LATE AFTERNOON TEMPERATURES TO CLIMB
INTO UPPER 70S AND LOWER 80S.  WINDS WERE SOUTHWEST AT 10 TO 15 MPH.

A WEAK COLD FRONT OVER THE NORTHERN PLAINS IS FORECAST TO REACH
ROUGHLY I-70 SATURDAY MORNING...THEN BEGIN TO DRIFT BACK NORTH
SATURDAY AFTERNOON. THE RELATIVELY DRY AIRMASS OVER THE PLAINS WILL
KEEP CONDITIONS DRY DESPITE THE FRONT.  UNSEASONABLY WARM
TEMPERATURES WILL CONTINUE INTO THE WEEKEND.

FORECAST LOWS RANGE FROM THE UPPER 30S IN WESTERN NEBRASKA...TO THE
LOWER 60S IN SOUTH CENTRAL OKLAHOMA. FORECAST HIGHS RANGE FROM NEAR
70 IN PARTS  OF IOWA...TO NEAR 90 IN SOUTHERN OKLAHOMA.
