The National Weather Service in League City has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Southeastern Harris County in southeastern Texas...

* Until 1115 PM CDT.

* At 1017 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory area.
  Up to two inches of rain have already fallen.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Southern Pasadena, La Porte, South Houston, Seabrook, South Belt /
  Ellington, Clear Lake, Greater Hobby Area, Taylor Lake Village, El
  Lago, Shoreacres, Golfcrest / Bellfort / Reveille, Edgebrook Area,
  Ellington Field, The Johnson Space Center and Meadowbrook /
  Allendale.

Rainfall rates of up to 3 inches per hour is expected over the area.
This will make minor flooding.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Please report flooding to your local law enforcement agency when you
can do so safely.
