* URBAN AND SMALL STREAM FLOOD ADVISORY FOR...
  LETCHER COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST KENTUCKY...

* UNTIL 500 PM EDT

* AT 214 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR
  INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS MOVING INTO THE ADVISORY AREA PRODUCING
  VERY HEAVY RAINFALL. DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATED OF BETWEEN ONE AND
  TWO INCHES OF RAINFALL COULD BE PRODUCED IN LESS THAN AN HOUR AS
  THUNDERSTORMS MOVE THROUGH THE AREA.

* RUNOFF FROM THIS EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CAUSE MINOR FLOODING TO
  OCCUR...ESPECIALLY ALONG SMALL STREAMS AND NEAR LOW WATER
  CROSSINGS. SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE MINOR FLOODING
