AT 248 AM EDT...THE POWELL COUNTY DISPATCH REPORTED THAT FLOODING
WAS STILL OCCURRING ALONG PORTIONS OF UPPER CANE CREEK AND LOWER
CANE CREEK ROADS WITH PORTIONS OF THE ROADWAYS CLOSED AT THIS TIME.

SOME LOCATIONS THAT MAY EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...BOWEN...CAT
CREEK AND ROSSLYN.

THIS INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING STREAMS AND DRAINAGES...HATCHER
CREEK...CANE CREEK...LOWER CANE CREEK...RIGHT FORK CANE
CREEK...MIDDLE FORK RIGHT FORK CANE CREEK AND SPRUCE CREEK.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS
SAFELY.
