THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL ACROSS THE ADVISORY
AREA...ALONG WITH ONGOING FLOODING. A PORTION OF THE ADVISORY AREA
HAS BEEN UPGRADED TO A FLASH FLOOD WARNING...BUT ISOLATED FLASH
FLOODING CONTINUES TO BE A THREAT ACROSS THE ENTIRE ADVISORY AREA.

RUNOFF FROM THIS EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CAUSE MINOR FLOODING TO
