A MILD AND HUMID AIR MASS HAS MOVED INTO THE REGION AND WILL
PERSIST THROUGH AT LEAST THE START OF THE WEEKEND. WIDESPREAD LOW
CLOUDS AND FOG WILL DOMINATE THE FORECAST...ALONG WITH SOME LIGHT
PRECIPITATION...MAINLY IN THE FORM OF DRIZZLE OR LIGHT SNOW...BUT
WITH LITTLE ACCUMULATION.

TEMPERATURES WILL BE QUITE MILD HOWEVER...WITH READINGS REMAINING
IN THE 30S FOR THE JAMES VALLEY ACROSS INTO WESTERN MINNESOTA. THE
MISSOURI VALLEY AND WEST RIVER WILL BE COOLER...WITH OVERNIGHT
LOWS IN THE TEENS AND 20S...AND HIGHS FRIDAY IN THE 20S TO AROUND
