.DISCUSSION...For the Burman Rx Burn, skies will be
mostly sunny today with a few high clouds moving through from west
to east midday. This will allow highs today to be in the upper
50s. Dry conditions are expected, with relative humidity values
forecasted to be in the low 60s this morning before dropping into
the mid-low 30s by the afternoon. Winds will generally be
southeasterly at 5-10 MPH.

Sky/weather.........Sunny (5-15 percent). Widespread frost early in
                    the morning, then areas of frost early in the
                    morning.
Temperature.........32 at ignition...Max 58.
RH..................88 percent at ignition...Min 36 percent.
