The National Weather Service in Wilmington has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Eastern Butler County in southwestern Ohio...
  Northwestern Warren County in southwestern Ohio...

* Until 1130 PM EDT.

* At 853 PM EDT, radar indicated thunderstorms with heavy rain
  moving across the area. Radar estimates indicate that 1 to locally
  2 inches of rain has fallen since 730 PM. Up to another inch of
  rain will be possible through 1030 PM.

* Minor flooding of low-lying and poorly drained streets, highways
  and underpasses will occur. In addition, farmland near creeks,
  streams and drainage ditches will experience minor flooding.

Some locations that will experience minor flooding include...
Hamilton, Middletown, Fairfield, Springboro, Monroe, Trenton,
Franklin, Springdale, Carlisle, South Middletown, West Chester, Ross,
Seven Mile, Williamsdale, Olde West Chester, Four Bridges, Hunter,
Wetherington, Dunlap and New Miami.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

To report flooding, go to our website at weather.gov/iln and submit
your report via social media, when you can do so safely.
