...SIGNIFICANT WEATHER ADVISORY FOR NORTHWESTERN DELTA AND
SOUTHWESTERN ALGER COUNTIES UNTIL 515 PM EDT...

At 443 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Rock, or 27 miles north of Escanaba, moving east at 35 mph.

Dime size hail and winds in excess of 30 mph will be possible with
this storm.

Locations impacted include...
Rock, U.S. 41 between Trenary and Rapid River, Trenary, Lathrop and
Diffin.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm, and may lead
to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
