...Strong winds this afternoon...

Southwest winds gusting over 40 mph are expected through 6 pm. The
strongest winds will occur near the Lake Superior shore and in open
areas farther inland. Expect the winds to diminish early this
evening. The strong winds could topple weaker trees and blow
around any unsecured objects. Driving high profile vehicles could
be difficult on east to west oriented roads such as M-28 and M-94.
