This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of Southwest North
Carolina...East Tennessee and Southwest Virginia.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Due to the widespread eclipse viewing across the region this
afternoon and many outside venues, heat exposure and exhaustion
will be a concern. Heat indices this afternoon will climb into the
lower and middle 90s across much of the area. Drink plenty of
liquids and take frequent breaks in shaded areas as often as
possible.

The mostly sunny sky will also allow for high ultraviolet
radiation conditions today. The potential of sunburn is high so
wear sunscreen and hat to protect yourself from the suns rays.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday

No hazardous weather is expected at this time.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation will not be needed.
