MORTON TO NORTH OF PLAINS...WITH ADDITIONAL SHOWERS NORTHWEST OF
DIMMITT AND BETWEEN DICKENS AND SPUR. THIS ACTIVITY WAS MOVING
VERY SLOWLY...BUT WILL BRING SELECT LOCATIONS BRIEF
RAINFALL...GUSTY WINDS AND OCCASIONAL CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING.
