SOUTH CENTRAL SOUTH PLAINS INTO THE ROLLING PLAINS. FREQUENT CLOUD
TO GROUND LIGHTNING STRIKES WILL OCCUR...INCLUDING WELL OUT AHEAD
OF ANY THUNDERSTORM. ADDITIONAL THREATS WILL INCLUDE WIND GUSTS UP
TO 55 MPH AND HAIL TO NICKEL SIZE. LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL WILL
ALSO BE POSSIBLE...WITH AMOUNTS OF HALF AN INCH TO AN INCH IN SOME
OF THE STRONGER STORMS.
