Through 9AM...
A band of moderate rain showers will sweep across the area this
morning. Some of the stronger activity is making its way across
the northern Rolling Plains and southeastern Texas Panhandle. A
second enhanced area is traversing the southern South Plains. This
activity will product rainfall accumulations of between one half
and two inches as the area moves east near 30 mph.
