Occasional light rain and snow showers will continue across the
southern Texas Panhandle through 5 pm. Snow accumulations of a few
tenths of an inch will be possible on grassy surfaces mainly on
the Caprock. Across the Rolling Plains...precipitation will be in
the form of light rain as temperatures remain in the middle and
upper 30s.
