.DISCUSSION...

Low ceilings (1,300 to 1,500 feet) should quickly increase
between 0800 to 0900. A Small Craft Advisory is in effect this
afternoon from 1200-1600 for northwest winds expected to gust to
around 20 knots. These elevated winds will be short-lived.
Isolated showers and perhaps a thunderstorm or two are possible in
the afternoon. Will need to monitor for potential lightning. Strong
storms are not expected.

Winds shift from northwest to more northeast later in the day,
then east late this evening. This could bring in another round of
lower clouds tonight.

Dry conditions expected Monday as winds turn south at around 10
knots.
