  MCCULLOCH COUNTY IN WEST CENTRAL TEXAS...

* UNTIL 145 AM CDT

* AT 1144 PM CDT...SHOWERS WERE PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAINFALL OVER
BROWN AND MCCULLOCH COUNTIES. RAINFALL AMOUNTS HAVE BEEN 1/2 TO 1
INCH DURING THE PAST HOUR. ADDITIONAL RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF 1 TO 2
INCHES ARE POSSIBLE THROUGH 145 AM. ALSO...A FEW THUNDERSTORMS ARE
POSSIBLE.

* IMPACTS FROM THIS HEAVY RAINFALL WILL INCLUDE:
  FLOODING OF LOW LYING ROADS AND INTERSECTIONS.
  FLOODING OF LOW WATER CROSSINGS...AVOID THESE AREAS.
  RAPID RISE OF AREA CREEKS...STREAMS...AND ARROYOS.
