...A LINE OF STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL AFFECT NORTHERN HENRY...
LOUISA...SOUTHEASTERN WASHINGTON AND SOUTHWESTERN MUSCATINE COUNTIES
UNTIL 345 AM CST...

At 253 AM CST, radar indicated strong thunderstorms were located
along a line extending from near Ainsworth to near Olds. Movement was
east at 50 mph.

Winds in excess of 30 mph and dime size hail is likely with this
line of storms.

Locations impacted include...
Muscatine, Washington, Wapello, Columbus Junction, Winfield,
Fruitland, Wayland, Ainsworth, Grandview, Conesville, Columbus City,
Letts, Crawfordsville, Olds, Cotter, Wyman, Fredonia, Cranston,
Washington Airport and Haskins.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms, and may
cause localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.
