Heavy Rain in the Southeast from Cold Front/Tropical Depression; Building Heat and Monsoon in the West

A cold front will shift across the southeast on Tuesday with a threat for flash flooding from slow moving thunderstorms while Tropical Depression 3 brings heavy rain to eastern Florida.
